Complex trauma may show up in your life as feelings of worthlessness, shame and guilt, problems controlling your emotions, relationship problems, and trouble keeping friends and partners. These common symptoms may be a result of childhood physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, neglect, family substance abuse, divorce, or religious trauma.

Through empathic listening, validating reflection, and intuitive guidance, I create a warm, judgment-free, compassionate space for you to connect the dots, process your grief, and take control of your life. I also use EMDR to help you get out of those stuck places so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.

How I work

As an EMDR and integrative depth therapist, I use a unique blend of mind/body practices, including EMDR and mindfulness therapies, that regulate your nervous system, helping you to reduce stress and anxiety and find a sense of security in your environment and relationships.

You will experience more stability in your relationships, stronger connections to others, and a more embodied sense of who you are and what you want out of life.
